All Baxi boilers are fixed price. If your home requires additional work or parts such as Gas pipe upgrade or a mini expansion vessel, we will clearly include this in the price before agreeing to any work.

Choose from a wide range of combi Baxi boilers for your home with warranties ranging from 5 to 10 years.

We will fit a wireless room thermostat to your boiler, a control which you can use to turn your heating on & off from anywhere in the house.

Magnetic system filter will be installed on your boiler to catch any magnetite that could possibly build up in your heating system over the years. Inhibitors will be added to protect your boiler and heating system from lime scale and breakdown. Chemical flush will be carried out before the installation to flush out any magnetite and dirt from your system.

On completion of the boiler installation, we will inform gas safe of the new appliance installed in your home. we will also register the boiler with baxi on your behalf.
