We can come out any time of the night to attend and carry out any Emergency repairs. We will aim to be with you in 30 minutes depending on location as we do have Gas Plumbers on standby. 

Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland, Durham, Wallsend, North Tyneside & South Tyneside, Northumberland just to name a few areas.

We cannot guarantee a 100% fix rate as we don't really know what we are dealing with until we attend the job. From experience we can tell you how successful our Emergency repair services are.

90% of Boilers repaired on the first visit.

90% of Gas Leaks are traced and repaired on the first visit.

95% of water Leaks repaired on the first visit.

At NCL Gas, We charge a Fixed Rate for all Emergency repair service.

Call out charges are from £500 depending on travel time and location.

Please Note: Due to being a late night call out, We will require payment in advance. Once we can confirm the payment has been received, we will send you a receipt and we will begin to attend your Emergency. The quote/price we give you does not change so there are no hidden costs or surprises.

***In some cases If your Boiler does require parts our Engineer/Plumber will give you a price on the material.***

We will not proceed to install any parts on your boiler without you authorising the work.
