After the inspection you will receive a full PDF gas safety certificate (CP12), giving you peace of mind that your property meets all required gas safety standards. A copy of the safety check must be kept for two years, a copy issued to the current tenant within 28 days of the check being completed, and a copy issued to any new tenants before they move in.
